We didn't build our database for marketing. We built it because we live in the fleet industry every day — publishing newsletters, running events, and tracking fleet data for 25+ years. The marketing platform came naturally from having the most accurate, most current fleet data in the country and understanding how fleet buyers actually make purchasing decisions.

Lists are constantly changing, so we pull the list fresh each month to ensure you have the latest information. We check deliverability across the entire list weekly, and because we're using it every day on behalf of multiple clients, we are continuously improving it. Invalid addresses are removed; new fleets are added from DOT registration data.
We've been in the fleet business for 25+ years. We draw from both public and private list sources and use our own proprietary API to pull and refresh the database monthly. Because we use the data every day — for publishing, events, and research as well as marketing — the list improves continuously.
Our rates are typically higher than what our clients get on their own lists — because we pre-target so the message is relevant to the recipient, and we write subject lines and preview copy designed to drive opens. On average we achieve 20% open rates and 17% click-to-open rates.

We include company information (SIC code, geo-location, number of employees), contact information (name, title, phone, email), and fleet data (number of vehicles, VIN of each vehicle, make, model, and year). We can also include behavioral data such as recent accidents or violations. Up to 80+ data points per contact are available.
